It looks to me like the guy is simply getting some fluids to drink. My God, what else is he supposed to do?

A video of Looter Dude was used by several ‘news’ channels, as a demonstration of how bad it was in New Orleans. That was until a web source, pointed out his garbage can was full of Hieniken, rather than water, bread, T/P, or other ‘necessities’. Since then ‘Looter Dude’ has become somewhat of an internet celeb. Also a fine poster for the absoultely stupid mentality of SOME of the people in New Orleans. And he photoshops quite well.
So look at it this way, Dasani = fluids to drink, Heiniken = party in the ghetto.
