This is a new kind of whacker – one that isn’t really interested in pretending to be a police officer…… more with using his illegal impersonation as a means of getting around the city.
This kind of this happens everywhere…. kudos to WCBS for helping to uncover it!
There was also a story about 6 months ago about actual city employees (clerks, advisors, etc) running red lights to work for no reason. One of the guys they caught doing it is from a town near me and they had video of him leaving here, driving down the hiway and through the city.
Someone needs to remind this guy..
