Friend of the site Rusty WB4BSD has just joined the elite group of Hamsexy members who are also members of the thin, blue line – having just graduated from Police Academy.
Rusty recently left the tightly-constrained monotony of the US Navy for the not-so-tightly constrained monotony of policework.
We wish Rusty and his daughter all the best in their new life – and to tell us lots of good stories about escaped cows and people who done gone through that there stop sign up by the old Peterson place.

Hey congrats Rusty! Be sure to post some pix of the cruiser prior to getting a fancy new one though. That way we can all rejoice with you when you upgrade from a Fury I to a new Charger or something! ; )

As a fellow member of the thin blue line (In my Case Brown) Let me say Congrats. You will find that there is no other job in the world where you will have to do and see the things that you are about to. Even in a low population county such as mine, you would be amazed at the number of stupid people that you will deal with.
It is a world like no other, and I would not trade it for any other. (Well Maybe if my part-time EMS job paid better ) Anyway, Congrats, and welcome to “The Job”.
