That “Mother of all HT’s” looks like a proctologist’s delight, very scary!
It may also be a special order unit for a certain Toronto ARES member to use on the leader, except it does not have a large spike on the end.

How come the antenna head guy is smiling, does he like RF headaches? At least the other antenna head guy is wearing protction, maybe he doesn’t want anymore kids.
Btw, those mini bars may fit on the helmet to assist with the whackerness, then they could carry a battery pack too!
