The ARRL has apparently used up all the BPL donation money to fight those evil BPL companies, so it couldn’t afford anything better than this “BPL-mobile” for this guy to ride around in.
If I were from common society & see this coming, I’d run for safety!

funny thing is that is the utility i work for and that is right in Down town Shelton CT. and UI has shut down the system too
I love the antenna on the door… it rules…
The sad thing is, I know exactly where that is. Downtown Shelton, CT. One of the State Parks I work at it about 2 miles north of that spot. I kind of wish I had seen that monstrosity myself, although, I did see some sort of whacker-mobile a few hundred yards south of that spot. I wish I had my camera with me that day.
That pedestrian-catcher on the door can’t be legal, or the rust for matter.
