I especially enjoy the REACT Geek photo. So true, ain’t it. I have used similar terminology in the past — my town is full of “WeatherGeeks,” people who believe that having a ham license and a pickup truck means they will save the world, and severely increases their sense of self-importance. Tornado watches relieve the need for Viagra, if you know what I’m sayin’.<\/p>\n
It’s easy to tell a WeatherGeek. He’s the guy with the skywarn logo on his car, QRZ page, and\/or QSL. He also wears Skywarn logos on his person at any event where hams may attend. Expect to find several antennas on his vee-hickle and maybe a CB, too. 10-4!<\/p>\n
OK, I have a quad-band radio, one antenna (most of the time), and a bunch of law books\/papers on the front seat. Am I a LawGeek in Hamsexy lingo?<\/p>\n

I think “LawSexy” wuould be appropriate, unless of course you like to pretend you are a cop. Not too many lawyer wannabees out there…. \nThe photo was taken at the Central Ontario Hamfest in Fergus. It’s the Hamfest HQ mobile command post. <\/p>\n
It pegged the Hamsexy meter with the safety vests and the scooter. It’s hard to tell, but there is a green flashing whacker light on top of the trailer. <\/p>\n
Fergus is going down the tubes as well. Lots of empty space. <\/b><\/p>\n
