Wayne Spires, <\/font><\/font>KF4BJT,<\/font> <\/font>has climbed his 56 foot tower in protest of his homeowner’s association.\u00a0 I heard him interviewed on the Rick and Bubba morning show.\u00a0 Bill “Bubba” Bussey is a ham radio radio operator, KJ4JJ, so he is sympathetic to Wayne’s Plight.\u00a0 Wayne, however, appears to be a QRZ.com worth NUTJOB.\u00a0 He kept rambling on, about how he bought the house free and clear in 1995\u00a0and now the homoeowner’s association has attached a $1500 lien against his property.\u00a0 The association was apparently not formed until 2000, or so.\u00a0 Interesting story, though.<\/font><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
