The tiny &#8220;Emergency Communications&#8221; magnetic decal on the ride and the wicked-bad &#8220;Storm tracker&#8221; decal on the back window are hamsexy enough, but man&#8230; what&#8217;s with the airhorn? There are two possibilities&#8230; Either he put them up there because I guess he thinks it looks cool, or he actually went to the time, trouble, effort and expense of installing a compressor and the plumbing in order to make the air horn work. What does he want to do? Scare the tornado away with his noise?
