High Class whacker

Friend of the site Phil from Toronto sent us this, as he was waiting in line at the local Tim Horton’s. It was shot with a low-res camera, but I’ve played with it in Photoshop a bit to point out the emphasis.

It’s a Lexus with a red rotator in the back window. To top it off, the license plate “To The Scene” adds a little bit of charm to the cake.

Thanks for the submission!!

VFF/EMT maybe? I think the plate says ‘To Design’. IMO though.

Volunteer fire in Ontario use green lights.

No one’s allowed to use red except for police, fire and EMS.

And there aren’t any Vollies in Toronto.

For those of you who are curious. I know of officers from the following Canadian depts that check the site:

OPP (It’s all good, at hamsexy we’re “down with OPP”)
    York
    Toronto
    RCMP

No Durham Region Police? I would expect them to watch 😛

Hey, I have a Lexus LS 400 and it didn’t come with a light, lightbar, strobes, antenna farm, etc. Jeez, I didn’t even spend the extra $$$ for the GPS nav system available at the time. Wonder why someone would screw up a nice car with the light? Not sure how many know, but the performance of an LS 400 would leave most CVPIs in the dust. Now that would be a high dollar police chase worthy of every news chopper in the area….bad actor rips off a few cases of grey poupon and heads for the freeway…..

Anybody given a thought that this was a Paid duty officer? I have seen a couple of officers that have those lights in personal vehicles when they are parked in a hazardous location. (Construction sites, light installs) I am sure the officer in this picture does not appreciate his plate on this site

    uh

    right

    friend of yours?

  10. VE3HBD says:

A cop in Toronto driving a Lexus? Yeah right.

    It ain’t no cop, dude.

Don’t discount it. Afterall it is a 6-7 year old es 300.
I can tell you for a fact that I have seen on many occasions personal vehicles with red/white dash lights in the vehicle while on paid duties at construction sites / guild traffic light installs. The last time was at a sink hole where a tps officer had one on the dash of her personal vehicle at an emergency paid duty. All I am saying is even most whackers don’t use red.
